Andre is an Experience Design Creative Director at R/GA London. With over 20 years of experience working at creative agencies, consultancies and in-house teams, Andre excels at creating products and services at the intersection of design and technology.

André has a great passion for design and how it can solve problems for customers and companies, enabling growth and improving lives. He combines human-centred and technology skills to craft relevant and connected brand experiences. He has worked with various global brands, such as Nike, O2, BBC, Guinness, Mercedes, SkyNews, IKEA, Mars, Bayer and HSBC.

He also shares a passion for mentoring and has worked with students and entry-level designers since 2019, supporting people from over 18 countries.

His skills range from managing multi-disciplinary design teams to working hands-on in all aspects of product design, including stakeholder interviews, Qual and Quant user research, proposition development, persona creation, multi-channel journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, design direction and developing playbooks and brand guidelines.
